Did the first full work out last night;

Cycling.
Weights.
x-trainer.
Weights.
Rowing.
Cruches and plank.
Then a swim and steam and sauna and jacuzzi!
Feelt good, really good, but a bit achey now.

Just got to get into the routine. And I left my brand new swimming goggles behind – doh!
