This just made me laugh – it is the video. They’ve done a get sync job…

Okay – so a while back when I actually went to the gym I did the whole listen to my ipod while exercising thing.

I has my own power song and everything. Not deliberately mind – it just came on when I was rowing and I knew it was the one. I nearly had a heart attack from how hard I had got into it.

And what was this song – Feint by Linkin Park.

They keep coming. I like how this one makes a sociological statement as it mashes up a big fat one…

I shouldn’t have started looking at these.
